Because of the large size of a DVD of more than 2GB we've decided to split the data in multiple files of 400MB size. This approach is typical to simplily the download. We recommend to download not more than 2 files per time.

We use to split the DVDs the standard archive formats ZIP and 7-ZIP. For customers with windows operating system both formats are useable without any problems. Since WindowsXP ZIP archives are directly extractable in the system displayed as a folder. An additional software is not needed. Alternative we recommend the software WinZip. 7-ZIP is an alternative download and needs to decompress the free software 7-zip.org.

Also the MacOS system allows to extract ZIP archives. Unfortunatelly this implementation offers not the extraction of splitted zip archive. So you have to download the free software by Sixty Five to decompress the 7-ZIP archives. The direct link for the software version 1.6.7 is here.
